Cypress Bay Marina sits on a protected, one-mile-long bay with deep, calm water and easy access to Kentucky Lake. With plenty of room to maneuver and a relaxed setting, it’s a convenient home base for boating, fishing and enjoying time on the lake.

At the center of the marina is our signature lighthouse store, where you’ll find the essentials you need for a day on Kentucky Lake, including:

  • Boating essentials
  • Cypress Bay souvenirs & merchandise
  • Dock assistance

Annual Boat Slips on Kentucky Lake

Cypress Bay Marina offers annual boat slip rentals. Please contact us for current availability and rates.

  • Slip rental is annual and requires a signed agreement.
  • Annual slip payment is due in full when the agreement is signed.
  • Electric usage is metered and billed monthly.
  • Water is available seasonally and is turned off October 31–April 1.
  • Cypress Bay does not allow permanent residency.
