Each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen-living room combination, microwave, one bath, comfortable beds, and AC units for an enjoyable stay.
All cabins come with a covered boat slip to use during your stay.
Policies & Other Information
All cabins are non-smoking. Check- in from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. If you are going to be later than 5:00 pm please call ahead to make arrangements for your arrival. Check out time is 10:00 am.
The price listed is our base price for four people for two bedroom cabins and six people for three bedroom cabins. We charge $10.00 for each additional person staying in the cabin. All reservations require a 2 night minimum. Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum. We charge a $25 cleaning fee. We also, charge $25 per reservation for one dog and $45 for two dogs. No other pets allowed.
All reservations are final. Our guests are responsible for the dates reserved. Any changes in the number of days staying with us or in cancelling the reservation must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date.
A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given on cancellations under 30 days. Guests are responsible for all days reserved regardless of early departure or late arrival. Full payment is due before occupancy.
Cypress Bay is a seasonal resort. We are closed from October 28th – April 1st.
