When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4:00 PM CST, and check-out is 10:00 AM CST.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Possibly. Availability varies, so please contact us to request. Fees may apply.

What is your pet policy?

We allow dogs only, and only in designated pet-friendly cottages.
• $30 for one dog
• $50 for two dogs
(Maximum two dogs per cottage)

Dogs may not be left unattended in the cottage, must be leashed outdoors, and must be cleaned up after.
No pets are permitted inside the Lighthouse.

Do you allow smoking?

No. All cottages are non-smoking.
A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside a cottage.

Are events allowed?

No events, parties, group gatherings, or receptions are allowed without prior written approval from management.
Approved events may require an additional fee.

What amenities are included in the cottages?

Each cottage includes:
• Bed linens & bathroom towels
• Starter supply of soap, shampoo/conditioner, and toilet paper
• Starter coffee setup
• Stove/oven & refrigerator
• Pots, pans, dishes, cups & flatware
• Microwave & coffeemaker
• Heating & air conditioning
• Private deck (in most units)

Please Note: Bath towels are for indoor use only and may not be taken outside the cottage.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Speeds may vary in our lakeside location.

How close are the cottages to the water?

Our entire property is waterfront, located directly on a protected, one-mile-long bay.
All cottages are just a short walk to the shoreline, docks, and marina.

Do the cottages include daily housekeeping?

No. Cottages are cleaned before arrival and after departure.
Daily housekeeping is not provided.

Are grills available?

Yes. Charcoal grills are available in designated outdoor areas.
Grills, smokers, and open flames are not permitted on cottage decks.

Is there a place to clean fish?

Yes. A designated fish-cleaning area is available on-site.
Fish cleaning is not allowed inside cottages or on cottage decks.

What should we bring?

Guests often bring:
• Beach towels (bath towels must remain in the cottage)
• Additional toiletries for longer stays
• Charcoal for outdoor grills
• Extra paper goods for extended visits
• Sunscreen, bug spray, and lake gear

Is a boat slip included?

Yes. Each cottage stay includes one fishing/pontoon slip.
Larger slips may be available with advance notice (not guaranteed).

What is your deposit & cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required at booking.
• Cancellations 14+ days before arrival: full refund minus $25 administrative fee
• Cancellations within 14 days: non-refundable
• No refunds for early departure, late arrival, or weather
Full payment is required before check-in.

• Restaurants & shopping in Paris, TN – 20–25 minutes
• Land Between the Lakes (LBL) – 25 minutes
