Each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen-living room combination, microwave, one bath, comfortable beds, and AC units for an enjoyable stay.
All cabins come with a covered boat slip to use during your stay.

Policies & Other Information
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
If you will arrive after 5:00 PM, please call ahead.
Rates & Occupancy
• 2-night minimum stay on all reservations
• 3-night minimum on holiday weekends
• Cleaning fee: $30 per stay
Pet Policy
• Dogs only (designated cottages)
• Fee: $30 for one dog / $50 for two dogs
• No other pets permitted
Cancellation & Deposit
• 50% deposit required at booking
• Cancellations 14+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $25 fee
• Cancellations within 14 days: non-refundable
• No refunds for early departure, late arrival, or weather
Boat Slip
Each cottage stay includes one fishing/pontoon slip.
(Larger slips may be available with advance notice.)
General Rules
• All cottages are non-smoking
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No grills or open flames on cottage decks
• Gate/door codes are for registered guests only
Taxes
Rates are subject to:
• 9.75% Tennessee state sales tax
• 5% local hospitality tax
